Program Enrollment

Enrollment in any PeakMind program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional program-specific terms provided at the time of enrollment.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your program agreement. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by program and will be specified in your enrollment agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations after program commencement may be subject to partial refunds based on sessions completed
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged as completed sessions

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.

Professional Relationship

The services provided by PeakMind are coaching and personal development services. They are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal counsel.

If you are experiencing mental health challenges, we recommend consulting with a licensed mental health professional.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary materials, frameworks, or methodologies shared during programs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free
